EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Knowledge, participation, interaction and personal interest are what make our education
processes successful. Rather than having your organization pay to be trained in large
classrooms with generic information and with other trainees outside your industry,
we train to your needs.
Many years ago, Enhanced Systems & Services realized that training must be personalized
and focused to the trainees' needs and that is just what we do.
Initial training:
As FINESSE Enterprise is installed, every step of the implementation is used to help build
knowledge. As the implementation process is phased into production for a particular process,
personnel are trained in that area and with their roles and duties in mind. Depending on your
organization's needs, this process is generally performed on-site, but may be performed
remotely via the Internet or direct connection as well.
On-going Training and Education:
As time passes, often there is a need for additional training for new personnel or additional
instruction for those that are already working in a specific area. To help increase
productivity while reducing long-term scheduling, our team at Enhanced Systems & Services
will work on-line to support your training needs. There are no extended expenses and fees
associated with the standard hourly training fees and most training can be scheduled within
a day or two of the request, if not immediately.
From time to time, your organization may desire to facilitate a classroom setting to train a
group of individuals or a specific team. Our trainers will work directly with your company in
establishing a training program that will meet your needs while reducing costs and meeting your
schedule.
